No1 comfortably currently sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms – one queen room, one double room. We also a king single room which we currently have closed due to some minor damage during our restoration work this winter. If you would like us to open this for you give us a call and we can have a talk.
The full kitchen is well appointed, and continental breakfast provisions are provided to get you started. Towels and linen are supplied, with beds ready for you to fall into.
The cottage is a cozy retreat for two, a homely base couples, or comfortable accommodation for families. A high chair pulls up to the table for family meals and a cot is available on request. We are no longer able to accept pets.
With the uncertainties of COVID we placed a 24hr buffer between guests. As things relaxed a little we made the decision to maintain this buffer as it allows the time to prepare the cottage as we like to present it for each new arrival. To facilitate this we have also maintained our 3 night minimum. We can however offer, on occasion, a 2 night stay at a higher tariff. Please enquire.
Our tariff is based on a stay of three nights or more and is dependent on the number of guests and includes both the new short stay levy and GST
- 2 people $280pn
- each extra person $30pn
- The tariff is inclusive of GST and the new Short Stay Accommodation Levy

No.1 is not available for the Folk Festival weekend… we have had been welcoming the same family of guests a number of decades.
